Healthy Hearts

with exotic pepper powder

Today’s post I dedicate to cayenne pepper also known as red hot chilli pepper powder we use in our food recipies.

In life, we succumb to lots of big changes at some point in our lives. Usually it can be something major such as a loss of a loved one, an illness brought to ourselves or a loved one, a change in our social status, in career perhaps but the first ones usually are mostly what causes us to focus on our health.

It is only when we are faced with somekind of illness or disease that get’s us to rethink the way we may be living our lifestyles is not that good. Our health may be at risk and we can go on not noticing anything until we are told by the doctor boom ….you are diagnosed with this or that. How we are treating our bodies now could come back to us later on in our lives.

We are so preoccupied with our daily routines and stressfull lifestyles that we put our health last.

Perhaps, we can begin to take small steps first and then slowly change our lifestyles into healthier means of living. We never know, these small changes that we make now may have good factor effects on our bodies that we can rely on later in life. We may benefit from these changes in our ‘g-OLD-en’ ages.

These days I have started to detest synthetic medicine and have detered towards bio medicine and am growing into a huge fan of herbal or all natural remedies. This is due to the side effects ‘some’ synthetic medicines have caused to me in the past i.e nausea, dizzinies, it’s foul taste and overall the foul feeling factor they create. In a later post I will also write about why I am finding all natural remedies to have such a wonderfull feel factor.

Most recently, I’ve been reading about cayenne pepper aka chilli powder and it’s wonderful benefits on our bodies. In particular it has been stated that it is wonderfull for the heart and our blood pressures. It balances our cholestoral levels and triglycerides.

also beneficial for:

Cold and Flu,
Migraine Headache Prevention,
Digestive Aid,
Blood Clots,
Detox Support,
Joint Pain Reliever,
Possible Anti Cancer Agent,
Supports Weight Loss,
Remedy for Toothache.

I am taking it as a supplemement with luke warm water twice daily, morning and in the evening.

It is hot, but manageable if you normally can handle chilli food.

About ½ of a teaspoon, in a standard glass cup of water is a good amount.
