Hello fellow readers of my blog, today’s post I dedicate to writing about big charity based movement’s. The most current one ‘ALS Ice bucket challenge’ that has gone major viral - globally. Including my native country Kosovo is taking in on this movement. Profound public faces are taking part in the challenges and nominating one another. Besides the idea behind it, the great cause it is supporting, nonetheless, it is funny to hear their freezing screams, cold in despair gasps for air, and interesting nominations of familiar names to take on the challenge.

shoes with holes in their soles

Hello office ladies and office men, or shoe fan’s overall.
Today’s post is about a pair of comfy shoes I bought a month ago. I really can not emphasise enough about how C-O-M-F-Y they are.
Seriously, for us ladies who know and understand the pain high heels or shoes can give us, then you know what I’m on about.

Ok, the day I went to shop for new shoes, and when I tried a pair of shoes at GEOX, I was hooked, I couldn’t take them off. They were so lovely to walk in, I didn’t want to get back into my other shoes anymore, yes ofcourse these new heels were smaller, but everything about them was so comfy.
I was trying a few different shoes in store, and they were all so comfortable to walk with.

The other great thing was that there were also a sale on so double winnings for me. Infact they were stylish too - so triple winnings for me (big joyfull smile).

Today’s post I dedicate to cayenne pepper also known as red hot chilli pepper powder we use in our food recipies.

In life, we succumb to lots of big changes at some point in our lives. Usually it can be something major such as a loss of a loved one, an illness brought to ourselves or a loved one, a change in our social status, in career perhaps but the first ones usually are mostly what causes us to focus on our health.

It is only when we are faced with somekind of illness or disease that get’s us to rethink the way we may be living our lifestyles is not that good. Our health may be at risk and we can go on not noticing anything until we are told by the doctor boom ….you are diagnosed with this or that. How we are treating our bodies now could come back to us later on in our lives.

We are so preoccupied with our daily routines and stressfull lifestyles...

Drama and Reality combined

This sunday 17th August 2014, I went to dokufest in the town of Prizren. It was the 2nd day of the festival. Dokufest is an international Documentary and Short Film Festival taking place every year in Kosovo. This year the festival celebrates it’s 13th edition. Dokufest has achieved so much international acclaim, that the number of films it recieves each year is increasing. Even UK’s newspaper ‘The Guardian’ has written an article on Dokufest this year.

I left Prishtina at 16:00 and reached Dokufest Prizren by 16:40, thank’s to the new fast motorway route - this is short drive compared to a few years back it would take hours to reach Prizren.

Here’s a recent purchase I’ve made and I want to share with you body cream lovers. On a shopping day out I was looking for a body cream, there’s so many to chose from, how do you decide? So I began looking for the things that my cream must:

1. have softening ingredients
2. have a nice scent
3. have natural elements
   

Earlier body creams I’ve used and are on my fave list’s:

Biotherm - Lait Corporel

It offered perfect softness, lovely sweet smell, I simply LOVED IT!!!

Another one, I tried a few years back and will always remember it:

Hello fellow readers. Today I have decided to share with you what I am drinking lately. If you are like me and don’t drink a lot of natural water, because you simply don’t like the plain taste, then you might like to read on.

Otherwise you might be a regular drinker of H2O but are just curious to know how to make your plain water more interesting by adding extra delicious benefits to it - then read on too.

I am no nutritionist, or a water expert but I am always on the look out for helping myself drink more water. I have tried numerous ways and somehow always end up forgetting to drink up to one liter of water daily. Recently, my sister has introduced me to a recipe that spices up your water in a refreshing and delicious way.

I am a major fan of LUSH products in general, but their shampoos are terrific, genuinely saying! I swear I can not imagine my life without my o daddy shampoo. Perfect for us blonde’s ;) it keeps your hair from going brassy.
The shampoo itself is a dark satin purple colour, and even the foam turns out a pretty pastel violet - absolutely lovely to use when you’ve had a bad, or cold day. The smell it leaves on your hair is so LOVELY.

Even if I use a another shampoo I always end up doing the last wash with o daddy shampoo because I love how it smells. People always complement the smell of my hair when I’ve washed it with this shampoo.

My hair looks squeaky clean, shiny and bouncy. And well my highlights - highlighted ;)
